What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for hirify.global’s payments engine.
• Define product specs, write user stories, and prioritize payment and finance-related features.
• Drive integrations with processors, banks, and vendors (e.g., Visa, SWIFT, ACH, RTP, card networks, etc.).
• Shape payment operations tooling and dashboards for internal and customer-facing teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of cross-border regulations, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention.
• Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met through intuitive and scalable experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven experience shipping and scaling payment or finance-related B2B products.
• Familiarity with ACH, wire, SWIFT, RTP, virtual cards, and/or cross-border payments.
• Experience working with APIs, payment processors, banks, and ledgers.
• Strong technical intuition and ability to write clear product specs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
