TL;DR

Compensation: $175,000–$225,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus and equity options.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end consumer product roadmap from problem definition to launch and iteration.
- Drive hands-on execution for core consumer features, including wallets, transactions, onboarding, and account settings.
- Write detailed PRDs, manage backlogs, and make critical tradeoff decisions to unblock development teams.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features with speed and rigor.
- Manage partner-integrated consumer flows and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on data and operational insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong hands-on experience in consumer fintech, crypto, wallets, or neobanks
- Proven ability to operate in execution-heavy, ambiguous problem spaces
- Experience working on partner-driven or platform-integrated products
- Strong operational mindset with experience managing real-world constraints
Nice to have
- Direct experience building crypto wallets or financial apps at scale
- Exposure to partnerships and vendor-led product flows
- Design skills or strong UX intuition
- Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments
