What you will do

• Provide personalized support to retirement plan participants regarding distribution, rollover, and investment strategies.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications to address complex plan and policy-related questions.
• Identify and refer clients to specialized partners for advanced financial planning or taxable investment needs.
• Implement strategies to reach monthly and annual asset growth and client retention goals.
• Research and resolve customer service issues with a focus on empathy and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate records and relay clear information regarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English (C1+)
• Must be able to work overnight hours.
• Demonstrated success in goal-oriented roles focused on asset growth and retention.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Must obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses within corporate-established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.

Nice to have

• Solid consulting skills and experience in the qualified retirement plan environment.
• Ability to quickly master Salesforce and internal record-keeping systems.
