TL;DR

Operations Analyst (Trade Processing) (Fintech): Managing the full trade lifecycle and investment accounting operations with an accent on transaction booking, reconciliations, and exception resolution. Focus on optimizing trade data workflows and ensuring high-quality delivery of Middle Office services for prestigious financial clients.

Location: Hybrid (Manila) - 2x a week in office

What you will do

  • Manage the full trade lifecycle from confirmation to settlement across various asset classes, including FI, FX, Equity, Money Market, Derivatives, and Private Debt.
  • Monitor and resolve transaction booking exceptions and manage corporate actions, coupons, and dividends.
  • Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations between the platform and custodians or other third parties.
  • Liaise with 3rd party managers, counterparties, and clients to resolve operational issues.
  • Contribute to client on-boarding, service development, and internal/external audits.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in buy-side or outsourced operations, specifically in Trade Management, FX, and/or Reconciliations.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Market products and diverse security types.
  • Proficiency in Derivatives product knowledge, including OTC pricing and lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be based in Manila and able to work APAC/EMEA shift hours.

  • Experience with hirify.global Dimension.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel and Word).
