What you will do

• Review property applications and documentation to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Manage a daily pipeline of 60-100 dockets, from initial review to final offer.
• Collaborate with processors, closers, and account managers to ensure clean titles and smooth workflows.
• Request and track documentation from homeowners through effective follow-ups.
• Reject applications that do not meet internal or credit standards.
• Present and defend credit decisions to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
• Work Hours: Must be available 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT.
• 1+ year of experience in loan underwriting, processing, consumer lending, or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, including formula usage.
• Experience with or readiness to learn Fannie Mae lending guidelines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of common credit underwriting standards.
• Prior experience in income and asset evaluation.
