What you will do

• Perform quality checks on documentation packages to ensure compliance with legal and risk requirements.
• Advise sales teams and merchants on contract details and onboarding procedures.
• Conduct pre-consulting sessions via online meetings and calls.
• Validate KYC/AML documentation and collect necessary risk-related data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including sales, onboarding, and risk teams to facilitate merchant setup.
• Provide ongoing support for inquiries via email and telephone.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional work experience.
• Fluent level in English and Polish.
• Fluency in German, French, or Italian.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic international environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in KYC, AML, or customer care roles.
