What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle, consistently meeting or exceeding quota and pipeline targets.
- Develop regional strategies to identify and capture high-growth opportunities in the startup and enterprise segments.
- Cultivate strong, symbiotic relationships with AWS sales leaders and partner managers to drive co-selling efforts.
- Collaborate with engineers and solution architects to solve complex technical hurdles for prospective customers.
- Maintain high-standard forecast accuracy in Salesforce and guide customers from initial engagement to contract execution.
- Work closely with marketing and BDR teams to fuel demand generation and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in the technology industry (SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS).
- Fluency in English plus proficiency in at least one CEE language (e.g., Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Greek).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of cloud computing markets, specifically AWS.
- Self-organized, goal-oriented, and independent mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel (30-50%) for industry events and customer meetings.
