Salary: $172,500 - $225,000

What you will do

• Design intuitive workflows for blockchain-native products including transactions, permissions, and programmable settlement.
• Create interfaces that explain economic tradeoffs like fees and finality without overwhelming the user.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define cross-product priorities and infrastructure patterns.
• Develop scalable design systems and abstractions that apply across diverse blockchain use cases.
• Lead design strategy for complex problem spaces and mentor other members of the design team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a focus on crypto, blockchain, or financial infrastructure.
• Deep conceptual understanding of how blockchains operate and influence system incentives and value flow.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with a focus on clarity and correctness.
• Proven ability to design for complex, interconnected technical and economic workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions in a distributed environment.
