TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Web3): Driving high-quality execution across core consumer experiences including mobile apps, web applications, and the hirify.global Explorer with an accent on simplifying complex crypto concepts. Focus on designing intuitive user journeys for self-custody, trading, and on-chain interactions while maintaining high standards of visual craft and usability.

Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role requires an in-office presence four days per week at our Palermo office.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end design for key product areas including onboarding, trading, and payments.
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production.
  • Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship impactful features.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system across mobile and web platforms.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a strong design culture.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design for consumer products.
  • Direct crypto experience required (wallet, exchange, DeFi, or on-chain products).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and deep understanding of mobile/web UX patterns.
  • Ability to design for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions.
  • Must be able to work from the Palermo office in Buenos Aires 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing crypto wallets or exchanges.
  • Experience simplifying complex financial or technical systems.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Experience contributing to design systems.
