What you will do

• Define problems and drive user-focused outcomes in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
• Own the full design process from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
• Create intuitive, scalable experiences to simplify complex financial workflows and advanced trading tools.
• Develop and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
• Iterate quickly in an agile environment to deliver high-quality outcomes across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech, trading, or data-heavy platforms.
• High proficiency in Figma and experience evolving design systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team with high ownership and minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints.
• Proven ability to design for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading platforms, financial products, or data visualization.
• Degree or qualification in Design, UX/UI, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.
