What you will do

• Own the day-to-day relationship with strategic partners in Japan as the primary point of contact.
• Drive and manage onboarding processes, including sales training, technical enablement, and support operations.
• Coordinate co-developed solutions by collaborating with partners on use cases and technical documentation.
• Ensure partner readiness through shared project plans, milestone tracking, and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor partner performance, flag risks early, and drive remediation plans to ensure commercial success.
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, including commercial terms and dedicated personnel commitments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in alliances, partner success, or sales in enterprise software or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of partner GTM motions and executive-level relationship management.
• Exceptional ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and drive alignment.
• Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional fluency in English.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Familiarity with the Japanese enterprise ecosystem and experience managing local and global teams.
