General Manager, Invoice Simple (SaaS)

Location: Can be based anywhere in Canada or the United States; in-office, remote, or hybrid within the country of employment. Must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Travel is required to the corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations across North America.

What you will do

• Own the overall performance of Invoice Simple, including revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability.
• Define and evolve the product-led growth and business strategy across onboarding, activation, pricing, and expansion.
• Align Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support around execution priorities.
• Make cross-functional trade-offs and focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities without directly managing all contributors.
• Coordinate Invoice Simple with EverPro portfolio and payments initiatives while maintaining appropriate product autonomy.
• Present data-informed performance, risks, opportunities, and trajectory to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS product, growth, or general management roles with ownership of business-level outcomes.
• Proven experience leading a SaaS product or product line with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth and subscription SaaS economics.
• Experience operating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, and customer teams.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and senior leadership presentation skills.
• BS/BA degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
