Managing Director, 3rd Party Digital Commercialization

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Employees living within 50 miles of a hirify.global campus must work from a campus location several times per week.

Salary: $12,476.52–$29,111.88 per month, depending on location.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the commercialization strategy for the third-party digital product portfolio.
• Lead third-party channel managers and build a high-performing commercial team.
• Partner with product development, engineering, sales, marketing, and transportation teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Engage customers and external partners, negotiate agreements, and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Present commercial strategies, priorities, and progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in general management, strategy and operations, or equivalent roles.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Leadership experience at a third-party shipping platform, shipping technology provider, or marketplace.
• Strong analytical, selling, negotiating, communication, and storytelling skills.
