What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate recording of AP transactions in the general ledger.
• Verify supporting documents and approvals for all payments.
• Support month-end closing activities for payables and accruals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing relevant schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience in month-end closing and AP operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
