What you will do

• Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and initiate recovery actions.
• Contact debtors to negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies.
• Update account statuses and financial databases systematically.
• Manage the recovery of written-off accounts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate non-paying accounts to senior management.
• Consistently achieve monthly collection KPIs and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field required as a minimum qualification.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in finance, collections, or banking.
• Proven ability to work effectively with targets and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant legal requirements for debt collection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for building debtor relationships.
• Must be able to work on-site in Subang Jaya.
