What you will do

• Review journal entries to ensure validation and substantiation according to company policies.
• Coordinate HFM related tasks, including error validation and half-year/year-end disclosures.
• Lead balance sheet review calls with stakeholders to resolve aged and irregular open items.
• Collaborate with FA, AP, AR, IC, and CM functions to execute action plans for a clean balance sheet.
• Review month-end balance sheet reconciliation files and ensure correct documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and streamline processes within the General Ledger function.

Requirements

• CA, CPA, ACCA, or MIA qualification, or a Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in General Ledger or controllership.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively against agreed deadlines.
• Confidence in interacting with stakeholders across various internal functions.
