What you will do

• Lead and manage two teams through the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Guide teams on journal validation, substantiation, and maintaining proper audit trails.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in output quality.
• Manage team performance and KPIs on a daily basis with robust backup planning.
• Monitor regional key risks and implement timely action plans to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure Fixed Assets and Leases processes adhere to global standards and best practice financial controls.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with a degree in Accountancy.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment or a large accounting firm.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience with a track record of developing reports.
• Strong expertise in Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting (IAS38, IAS16, IFRS16).
• Deep knowledge of accounting fundamentals and IFRS.
• Proven ability to mentor and positively influence team growth.
