What you will do

• Process billing and collections from resellers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivables (AR) and manage revenue accruals.
• Follow up on cross-border collections to maintain low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Coordinate with country finance and regional teams to ensure process compliance.
• Support annual audits by preparing samples and addressing local audit queries.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or professional certification in Accountancy.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
• Strong knowledge of billing, receipts, and collection processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) due to business needs.
• Experience working in a multinational, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Familiarity with automation and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
