What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements and use cases for billing and revenue processes.
• Support regional teams to ensure alignment with the global billing strategy.
• Troubleshoot billing issues in partnership with consultants, CoE, and project partners.
• Prepare and submit formal change requests via Service Now and the PET Log process.
• Monitor RDE standards adoption metrics and support remediation for non-compliance areas.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver group strategy and objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Recently graduated or about to graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn about revenue recognition and finance operations.
