TL;DR

Account Executive (Federal): Driving go-to-market strategy and new customer acquisition within the federal sector with an accent on building advocacy, account planning, and managing sales opportunities. Focus on developing regional growth strategies, engaging with Salesforce ecosystem partners, and achieving quarterly sales objectives within a high-growth environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States (New Orleans, LA)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition within the federal space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
  • Build and leverage relationships with key influencers, implementation partners, and ISVs.
  • Define and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to federal sector requirements.
  • Analyze regional business trends to communicate strategy and progress to management.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in technology and IT solutions sales.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience selling into Federal organizations.
  • 1+ year of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex business and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting startup environment.
