What you will do

• Ship rapid AI prototypes and agentic workflows from idea to clickable demo.
• Develop strategic recommendations for AI resource allocation and product direction.
• Design and orchestrate agentic systems that go beyond standard chatbots.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive learner experiences.
• Utilize data analytics and user feedback to iterate on AI-assisted features.
• Translate complex technical possibilities into actionable product value.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania
• 2-4 years of experience shipping products with a focus on AI
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping using modern AI-assisted coding tools
• Deep understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
• Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience balancing scrappy experimentation with product polish
