What you will do

  • Prospect and onboard high-potential startups by demonstrating the value of global payment infrastructure.
  • Lead full sales cycles, including technical qualification, proposal creation, and negotiation.
  • Provide first-line technical guidance during pre-sales, including API, SDK, and webhook implementation support.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to translate partner feedback into actionable roadmap items.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with startup founders, CTOs, and technical product stakeholders.
  • Drive account growth through strategic cross-selling and optimization of payment flows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product, engineering, sales, or partnerships within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Ability to interpret complex API documentation, troubleshoot integration flows, and explain technical concepts to developers.
  • Proven track record of closing B2B partnerships and managing post-sales relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to move between high-level business conversations and deep-dive technical whiteboard sessions.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including acquiring, issuing, FX, and compliance.
  • Comfort with product management and CRM tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in startup partnership roles, accelerator programs, or VC-backed ecosystems.
  • Exposure to cross-border payments, compliance/KYC, or embedded finance platforms.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly European or APAC-based.
  • MBA or relevant technical certifications.
