What you will do

• Monitor and update customer portals daily regarding plant-related quality claims.
• Analyze customer complaints to define and verify effective corrective and preventive 8D actions.
• Ensure continuous product and process compliance with industry quality requirements.
• Implement measures to eliminate defects, risks, and process weaknesses.
• Communicate directly with customers to clarify sampling processes and series production changes.
• Maintain high quality standards within series production to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a quality department.
• In-depth knowledge of problem-solving methods including 5W, Ishikawa, and 8D.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-oriented mindset.
