Customer Quality Specialist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Maintain product and process quality in series production and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and update customer portals daily for plant-related claims.
• Analyze customer complaints, define corrective and preventive actions, and prepare 8D reports.
• Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions and eliminate defects, weaknesses, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements in ongoing projects.
• Communicate with customers about initial sampling processes and changes in series production.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in a quality department.
• Knowledge of 5W, Ishikawa, and 8D problem-solving methods.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Strong MS Office skills and advanced English.
• Process- and customer-oriented mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, proactivity, flexibility, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
