Senior Product Quality Management (m/f/d) with Russian Language Skills (Automotive)

What you will do

• Prepare product requirements for suppliers and internal departments using technical specifications, market benchmarks, legal requirements, labeling standards, certifications, and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate technical compliance processes, including PPAP, drawing approvals, and product change agreements.
• Manage responses to requirement violations, coordinate involved departments, and prepare internal action plans.
• Monitor EU legislation and regulations in other supply markets and communicate relevant changes internally.
• Identify and negotiate with testing laboratories, define methodologies and testing plans, and follow up on results.
• Define incoming inspection criteria and respond to requests from authorities and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, including ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949, and problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in the components sector, and strong knowledge of product development processes.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Fluent Russian and English at B2+ level required.

Nice to have

• Automotive quality management certifications such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
