Supplier Developer/Purchasing Department (Automotive): Managing supplier quality and development for automotive products with an accent on KPI ownership, supplier audits, quality standards, and root-cause elimination. Focus on resolving escalated supplier issues, developing local suppliers, conducting VDA 6.3 audits, and coordinating sourcing across south-eastern Europe.
Location: Pazardzhik, Bulgaria; full-time onsite position

Bulgaria Automotive develops and manufactures electronic, electromechanical, and mechatronic products for the automotive industry.
What you will do
- Own KPIs for the managed supplier quality area.
- Lead quality development for key local suppliers in cooperation with the purchasing manager.
- Resolve escalated quality issues involving external and intracompany suppliers, including root-cause elimination and chargeback of related costs.
- Cooperate with the East European Purchasing Centre to identify potential suppliers in south-eastern Europe.
- Audit suppliers according to VDA 6.3.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering.
- Experience in the automotive industry and quality management; experience in a similar position is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000-family standards, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
- Knowledge of automotive core tools and methods, including MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, Control Plan, and 5-Why/Ishikawa analysis.
- Excellent Bulgarian and English communication skills required.
- MS Office skills, general technical knowledge, ability to read drawings, and willingness to travel and undertake short-term work abroad.

- Certified auditor qualification.
- Practical experience using SAP.
