What you will do
- Review incoming applications and identify candidates who align with role requirements.
- Support the implementation of structured interview guides and candidate assessment scorecards.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear, professional communication with candidates.
- Ensure hiring process data is captured accurately and efficiently within the ATS.
- Assist in promoting job postings and maintaining consistent branding across hiring materials.
- Identify process gaps and proactively contribute to improving overall recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and authorized to work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to own tasks and learn new systems quickly.
- Low ego, openness to feedback, and strong interest in talent and people operations.
Nice to have
- Degree in Psychology, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in administrative, customer-facing, or operational roles.
