Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year (range varies by location)

What you will do
- Define and communicate product strategy and roadmaps for advertising planning and recommendation tools.
- Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to develop actionable forecasting and scenario planning models.
- Represent advertiser needs to internal stakeholders, ensuring product features address real-world market challenges.
- Drive end-to-end product execution, from data strategy and UX design to technical prioritization.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Legal to ensure successful launches.
- Establish responsible advertising practices and influence industry standards for data usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, or software development.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make high-impact prioritization decisions in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience driving product market fit and taking complex features to market.
- Strong background in data-driven product improvement and scaling metrics.
- Experience developing digital advertising products, specifically within demand-side platforms.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
