Location: Redmond, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated office are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: $139,900 – $304,200 per year (range varies by specific U.S. location).

What you will do
- Drive execution for advertising measurement programs including conversion tracking, attribution, and cross-channel reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Privacy stakeholders.
- Manage core program routines such as dependency management, risk tracking, and status reviews.
- Shepherd end-to-end releases from development and quality validation to launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Define success metrics and ensure telemetry and reporting are configured to track outcomes.
- Ensure high data quality and reliability through solid practices around event pipelines and system observability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience in technical program management or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Technical fluency in event pipelines, telemetry systems, and large-scale data processing.
- Proven ability to translate product requirements into shipped outcomes across multiple engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with experience providing updates to executive-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with advertising measurement, experimentation, or analytics platforms.
- Ability to read or write code for product demos or documentation.
