Salary: $75,000 - $111,000

What you will do

• Lead the proposal development process from RFP receipt through submission in a virtual environment.
• Develop and uphold the proposal development schedule.
• Write RFP-compliant proposal content that is persuasive and supports strategies and win themes.
• Maintain and update critical sales management tools, including Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Coordinate approvals for pricing and any exceptions or deviations from hirify.global’ standing operating procedures.
• Support technical clarification responses, proposal revisions, and interview/presentation preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field OR 5+ years demonstrated experience in writing and editing large, complex proposals.
• 3+ years of experience developing, writing, producing, and managing materials in response to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/RFAs.
• Experience with internet research, SharePoint, Salesforce, and advanced abilities in the Microsoft Office suite of software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong writing, management, and leadership skills.
• Located in the Central or Eastern time zone

Nice to have

• Background in writing and communications for technical, service-oriented companies.
• Knowledge of demand-side management, demand response, or other energy engineering and efficiency programs.
• InDesign or other desktop publishing application.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a leadership role.
