Salary: $135,400 - $225,500

What you will do

• Demonstrate technical leadership and authority in observability and/or security.
• Drive complex deployments of hirify.global products, working with customers to resolve their unique problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Engineering, Support, and Customer Success Engineers.
• Lead and execute complex customer engagements, ensuring successful architecture, design, development, deployment, and documentation.
• Enhance hirify.global's learning ecosystem by creating valuable resources such as best practice documentation, blog posts, runbooks, workshops, and customer training materials.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, enablement, coaching, and mentoring for team members, customers, and/or partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.
• Extensive expertise in deploying and managing AWS/AZURE/GCP Cloud environments.
• Exceptional command over Big Data Analytics tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, and Azure Sentinel.
• Proven track record of working with complex Enterprise applications, including proficiency in deploying and managing Kubernetes, Docker, and other automation technologies.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with both Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript.
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving complex technical challenges.
• Based in the Eastern timezone

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment while working independently and remotely.
• Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
