What you will do

• Complete and expand state-level resource mapping, ensuring coverage beyond regions already mapped.
• Research and document programs serving ORR-eligible populations, including those offered by ORR-funded initiatives, state and municipal programs, and local nonprofits.
• Verify and maintain up-to-date contact information, eligibility criteria, and service offerings for all mapped programs.
• Support a comprehensive referral system that enables program PO and PM to efficiently refer callers to appropriate services based on location, eligibility, and needs.
• Develop and maintain a searchable, organized database of mapped resources for use by Switchboard staff.
• Track referral trends and outcomes, contribute to ongoing evaluation and reporting, and identify gaps in service coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two to three years non-profit experience, preferably with experience in the U.S. refugee admissions program (USRAP) and/or Community Engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable data management or similar data systems preferred.
• Other languages (Spanish, Arabic, French) desired.
