What you will do
- Lead overall test strategy and programme-level QA governance across SAP and integrated systems.
- Own end-to-end testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, regression, and release readiness.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business processes and system delivery.
- Provide programme-level reporting on risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
- Drive UAT strategy, business readiness, and stakeholder sign-off processes.
- Define and implement quality frameworks, standards, and governance models.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading SAP testing programmes or large-scale ERP transformations.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA programmes.
- Proven ability to operate at programme and executive stakeholder level.
- Experience managing multi-vendor and system integrator environments.
- Strong understanding of integration testing and complex system landscapes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
