What you will do

• Lead overall test strategy and programme-level QA governance across SAP and integrated systems.
• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, regression, and release readiness.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business processes and system delivery.
• Provide programme-level reporting on risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
• Drive UAT strategy, business readiness, and stakeholder sign-off processes.
• Define and implement quality frameworks, standards, and governance models.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading SAP testing programmes or large-scale ERP transformations.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Proven ability to operate at programme and executive stakeholder level.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and system integrator environments.
• Strong understanding of integration testing and complex system landscapes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
