What you will do

• Oversee the full testing and integration lifecycle from initial evaluation to operational deployment.
• Define and communicate test approaches and risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage test resources and lead detailed investigations across various mobile technologies.
• Collaborate with Automation teams to increase the automation footprint and create reusable test design patterns.
• Coordinate with environment delivery teams to ensure Mobile NW and IT environments meet testing requirements.
• Manage and negotiate changes to meet business needs and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of 3GPP mobile telecommunication networks (2G-5G).
• Experience authoring test strategies, plans, and specifications for mobile applications and platforms.
• Proven track record in delivering integration and acceptance testing for Ericsson, Nokia, or Oracle products.
• Experience in test management, defect troubleshooting, and result evaluation.
• Technical proficiency in EPC (LTE), GSM/UMTS architectures, or 5GSA Architecture.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to London or Bristol.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as NetScout, Wireshark, or Ericsson CNOM.
• Basic knowledge of Test Automation, DevOps, CI/CD, or Kubernetes.
• System engineering skills, including scripting and automation.
