Location: Hybrid (Bristol or London), requiring presence in the office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Create Test Architecture elements for overall solution design using broad knowledge of testing practices.
• Provide technical support to Delivery leads and Programme Test Managers to achieve strategic goals.
• Identify and implement testing tools and technologies in alignment with strategic technology partners.
• Design and develop test automation frameworks to increase the automation footprint across deliveries.
• Define and drive Environment strategies to ensure Mobile NW and IT environments support future releases.
• Coach and provide technical training to the Mobile core Test team.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of 5GSA Architecture (AMF, SMF, UPF, SBA, HTTP2 API Services) and Mobile Network Knowledge.
• Experience with Evolved Packet Core (3GPP LTE), including MME, HSS, SGW, and PGW.
• Understanding of GSM & UMTS Architectures (MSC, SMSc, SGSN, GGSN, etc.).
• Knowledge of Cloud Architectures and Network Function Virtualisation (EMS, VNF, NFVI, OSS, MANO).
• Proficiency with Monitoring and Tracing tools such as Wireshark, Netscout, Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid office attendance in London or Bristol.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation test frameworks like SEGRON, Spirent, or Landslide.
• Proven track record of supporting data-driven teams in fast-paced technical environments.
