TL;DR

Senior Social Intelligence & Data Strategist (Marketing): Transforming data into strategic value by designing and delivering digital, social, and search intelligence for major global brands with an accent on understanding digital behaviors and cultural dynamics. Focus on applying intelligence tools to produce high-quality, insight-driven work that shapes modern advertising.

Location: London, United Kingdom. On-site is preferred, but we are open to remote candidates who can work on CET on a case by case basis.

What you will do

  • Analyse social and digital data using tools like Synthesio, RivalIQ, Profiler, Global Web Index, and Semrush.
  • Design and implement intelligence approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver actionable insights based on consumer, community, and creator data to support strategic planning.
  • Create high-quality reports and presentations to guide campaign strategy and creative thinking.
  • Represent the data intelligence function in client meetings and contribute to new business initiatives.
  • Support junior analysts and stay updated on platform developments and internet culture.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital, social, or search data analytics, insights, or strategy roles.
  • Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong track record in designing and implementing digital/social intelligence approaches.
  • Advanced proficiency in intelligence and monitoring platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of the social media landscape, internet culture, and platform-specific trends.
  • Strong cultural trend tracking capabilities for real-time and strategic planning use.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dashboarding, data collection automation, and advanced data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr.
  • Knowledge of broader customer and user research methodologies.
