What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for Solutions Architects (SA) to accelerate ramp.
- Build ongoing enablement to develop SA technical and sales capabilities.
- Develop technical enablement for Account Executives to improve their ability to position and sell complex solutions.
- Build and scale technical enablement programs for partners to improve their competency and independence.
- Partner with Product Marketing and technical subject matter experts to translate complex product capabilities into effective enablement assets.
- Own the end-to-end execution of technical enablement programs, including planning, delivery, and iteration.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, technical, or partner enablement, including building and delivering programs.
- Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs from scratch.
- Strong technical foundation in cloud, infrastructure, or AI environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable enablement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and technical teams.
- Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a technical pre-sales role.
- Experience enabling technical sellers or Solutions Engineering teams in cloud or AI environments.
- Experience supporting or enabling partner ecosystems.
- Experience building enablement in a high-growth or scaling company.
