Salary: $190k - $225k OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for Solutions Architects (SA) to accelerate ramp.
  • Build ongoing enablement to develop SA technical and sales capabilities.
  • Develop technical enablement for Account Executives to improve their ability to position and sell complex solutions.
  • Build and scale technical enablement programs for partners to improve their competency and independence.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and technical subject matter experts to translate complex product capabilities into effective enablement assets.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of technical enablement programs, including planning, delivery, and iteration.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, technical, or partner enablement, including building and delivering programs.
  • Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs from scratch.
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud, infrastructure, or AI environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable enablement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and technical teams.
  • Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a technical pre-sales role.
  • Experience enabling technical sellers or Solutions Engineering teams in cloud or AI environments.
  • Experience supporting or enabling partner ecosystems.
  • Experience building enablement in a high-growth or scaling company.
