• Collaborate effectively with the wider sales team for seamless lead handovers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales performance targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to attend 3 weeks of training in Grimsby.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing or cold calling.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard sales tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
