TL;DR

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain production infrastructure for client workloads, utilizing Kubernetes and broader platform stack.
• Own the operational health of client platforms, comfortable with incident response and building systems that fail gracefully.
• Favor open source tooling that is well-maintained and community-aligned.
• Treat infrastructure configuration as software, version controlled and repeatable.
• Translate client operational needs into technical solutions, helping clients understand trade-offs.
• Explain complex infrastructure decisions to product and engineering teams, providing honest timelines.

Requirements

• Solid Kubernetes experience, comfortable operating clusters in production.
• Broader infrastructure competence across networking, storage, Linux systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code mindset, treating infrastructure configuration as software.
• SRE or customer-facing support background, comfortable diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Consultancy or client-facing technical background, balancing technical excellence with business constraints.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, for documentation and client discussions.
• Self-directed work style, thriving in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Nice to have

• Helm familiarity.
• Cloud provider experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• CI/CD pipeline experience with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Observability tooling experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
• Security and compliance awareness.
