What you will be doing

You will be responsible for infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines across a portfolio of dozens of live global projects, working closely with engineering teams and owning a dedicated set of projects end-to-end.

Key focus areas:

• CI/CD reliability and developer productivity
• Cloud infrastructure stability and security (GCP, AWS, Hetzner)
• On-call ownership and incident response

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines; manage Argo CD for GitOps-based delivery
• Provision and maintain multi-environment cloud infrastructure
• Manage production Kubernetes clusters
• Own assigned projects end-to-end and respond to production incidents, including outside core hours

What we expect

• 3+ years experience in DevOps or SRE roles in production environments
• Experience with production-grade Kubernetes (multi-project or multi-client environments preferred)
• Strong hands-on skills with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP, AWS, Python, and Bash
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Helm, External Secrets Operator, Harbor, and familiarity with Hetzner or similar bare metal environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues under pressure in live production systems
• Strong written English and experience working in distributed teams asynchronously
• Security-first mindset and ability to make time-sensitive decisions with limited information

Nice to have

• Experience with Istio or other service mesh technologies
• Experience with Cloudfleet, Syself, or similar Kubernetes management platforms on bare metal
• Familiarity with supply chain security tools (SCA, SBOM generation)
