GEO Specialist (AI Search)

What you will do

• Shape and execute GEO/AEO strategy across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and emerging agentic search environments.
• Increase citation frequency, share of voice, and brand presence in AI-generated responses for proxies, web scraping, and data collection categories.
• Build and maintain an AI visibility measurement framework covering citation rate, mention frequency, sentiment, and platform breadth.
• Audit and improve content architecture for AI extractability, partnering with writers on GEO-aligned content briefs.
• Monitor how AI agents discover and act on web content and help define agent-ready standards for the website and content ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Web and Product teams on crawlability, structured data, API accessibility, and page speed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of SEO experience, with interest in or early hands-on exposure to GEO and AI search.
• Experience optimizing for LLM visibility and contributing to GEO measurement frameworks, including prompt testing, citation tracking, or share-of-voice analysis.
• Solid understanding of how large language models work.
• Strong content skills for briefing, editing, and quality control from an AI-discoverability perspective.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GEO monitoring tools.
• Ability to explain GEO concepts clearly to technical teams, writers, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM evaluation.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and how agents consume and act on web content.
