Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

Salary: €3,200–€4,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Drive digital marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing, PR, and PPC campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality, and delivery pace.
• Align stakeholders and coordinate communication across teams.
• Track campaign performance, iterate on campaigns, and report results to leadership.
• Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams while generating and scaling new marketing ideas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing project management and execution.
• Experience managing international digital campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of email, social media, PPC, and SEO channels.
• Focus on idea generation and achieving measurable results.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or the technology industry.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools.
