What you will do

• Claim 360 ownership of an app’s marketing & execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies.
• Manage the Creative Pipeline by developing and testing creatives.
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other networks.
• Build meaningful relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Build and monitor BI dashboards for insights, and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience and eagerness to learn in mobile marketing.
• Passion for mobile marketing, data, and creative production.
• Ready to take ownership and be result-driven.
• Open to constructive criticism and feedback.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
