What you will do

• Claim 360 ownership of an app’s marketing and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies.
• Manage the creative pipeline, develop and test creatives, and provide feedback.
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other networks.
• Build meaningful relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Build and monitor BI dashboards for insights and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Passion for mobile marketing, data, and creative production.
• Excellent communication skills to work with marketing artists, product managers, and external partners.
• Excellent command of English.
