What you will do

• Define and execute a growth strategy focusing on onboarding, activation, and revenue expansion.
• Own the A/B testing roadmap across key product surfaces and billing interfaces.
• Build and ship AI-first product experiences, including personalization and predictive engagement.
• Drive a high-velocity experimentation culture and establish scalable operating models.
• Track and optimize KPIs such as activation rates, engagement, and ARPU.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Expertise in product-led growth, funnel optimization, and growth engineering.
• Deep experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Fluency with behavioral data, funnel metrics, and site analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of AI/ML application within product growth contexts.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing senior leadership.

• Experience scaling a product growth function in an early-stage or ambiguous environment.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
