Compensation: $111,000–$129,729 USD

What you will do
- Consult on a variety of customer accounts to deliver tailored technical services.
- Scope, shape, and present technical workshops to drive platform adoption.
- Advise customers on best practices for search implementation and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure long-term account health and technical success.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop subject matter expertise.
- Resolve technical risks and bottlenecks proactively while documenting all account activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Functional knowledge of at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, Swift, or Python.
- Experience with REST API, database management, and web development technologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical workshops or training sessions.
- Proficiency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience supporting open-source projects and GitHub communities.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce ecosystems.
