Salary: $175,000 – $272,000 OTE (base + variable)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level discovery, solution design, and technical validation for Video Collaboration products.
• Manage end-to-end Proof of Concept (PoC) executions with clear success criteria and risk mitigation.
• Provide expert-level deployment guidance for complex enterprise environments, including networking and security constraints.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer technical requirements and resolve escalations.
• Differentiate the company's technology in competitive situations through sound technical judgment and executive storytelling.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and contribute field insights to improve product strategy.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Chicago Metro area.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, enterprise IT consulting, or AV solution design.
• Expert-level knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex).
• Advanced understanding of enterprise networking (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, proxy environments).
• Experience leading technical sales engagements for Fortune 500 companies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.

• Technical certifications in networking, AV technologies, or collaboration platforms.
