What you will do

  • Build and lead a world-class global pre-sales organization across Customer Solutions Engineering, Partner Solutions Engineering, and Value Consulting.
  • Drive revenue and business impact by scaling value-based pre-sales motions and improving win rates.
  • Scale Value Consulting by championing ROI frameworks and enabling teams to lead with value.
  • Modernize Pre-Sales with AI by embedding AI into workflows and building AI-native solutions.
  • Activate Partners at Scale by developing a formal Partner SE strategy and scalable enablement programs.
  • Champion the Customer and the Product by translating field intelligence into actionable product feedback.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales roles in a SaaS or platform company, with 5+ years of second-line leadership experience managing managers across multiple teams or segments.
  • Strong command of AI-native workflows and emerging technology.
  • Deep expertise in value-based selling methodologies.
  • Proven ability to drive meaningful revenue impact through pre-sales.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth, category-defining SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with the web development, content management, or digital marketing platform space.
