Compensation: $221,400 – $304,500 USD

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Anaplan platform to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
• Define and execute system roadmaps while leading the delivery of key financial initiatives.
• Partner with Sales Operations to ensure model consistency and integration between FP&A and Sales models.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization, efficiency improvements, and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance Data & Strategy to integrate Anaplan with the hirify.global platform for advanced analytics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of three Anaplan professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Systems roles.
• Proven experience in defining systems strategy, business requirements gathering, design, and deployment of Anaplan.
• Functional expertise in core finance processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and costing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Anaplan Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale finance system or ERP implementations.
