What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies for the Core product suite to identify funnel gaps and refine targeting.
  • Optimize the full funnel (AQL, MQL, SQL) using data, intent signals, and AI to accelerate decision-making.
  • Lead the execution of multi-touch programs across inbound, outbound, and partner channels using a test-and-learn model.
  • Partner with channel specialists in email, web, paid search, and events to align investments with quarterly pipeline goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to improve conversion rates and support regular business reviews.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign management.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end multi-touch campaigns and collaborating with Sales, BDR, and RevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, 6sense, ON24, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Deep familiarity with full-funnel metrics and the ability to optimize across them.
  • Professional proficiency in English; resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
