What you will do

• Manage a crypto options trading book, generate revenue, and control market risk.
• Implement volatility models and maintain real-time volatility surfaces for crypto assets.
• Develop and execute systematic strategies for short-term mispricing and market making.
• Partner with developers to backtest, prototype, and deploy options strategies and new products.
• Analyze P&L and Greek exposures to evaluate performance and improve trading models.
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance on governance and control infrastructure.

Requirements

• Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics from a top-tier institution.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in options trading across equities, FX, or crypto.
• Experience with algorithmic market making and strong programming capabilities in Python.
• In-depth knowledge of FX, equity, and crypto market mechanics, including CeFi, DeFi, perpetual futures, and margin models.
